The preparatory Course for Ajarya’s Ashtanga Yoga Teacher training programme is an excellent opportunity for the young beginners who are keen to join the 200hrs TTC Program.
The course provides a strong foundation on the various aspects of Yoga Such as the training and practice of the preparatory Yoga postures as well as their modifications for the primary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
This is particularly useful for a physically intensive style like the Vinyasa Flow which needs some kind of prior conditioning and toning.
The introduction of the essential key elements of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga such as the concept of breathing, Bandhas, Drishti, and the importance of Sun Salutationsalong with Vinyasa will help the participant to deepen the firm practice that is available during the teacher training course.
The course provides an insight on the foundations of Yoga that explains the Philosophical perspectives of Yoga Philosophy to understand the aims and objectives and important principles for the development of a qualified yoga teacher.
The curriculum of the training course includes the techniques and practice of Pranayama, Relaxation, Meditation and Yoga Nidra. A Brief sketch of human anatomy and physiology helps to gain the preliminary knowledge of the role and importance of the study of anatomy of yoga practices.
