NATURE AND YOGA :-
The human body is made up of five elements- Earth (bhumi), Water (jala), Fire (agni), Air (vayu) and Space (aakash), collectively known as panchamahabhutas, thus we are originated from nature. Upon death all these elements dissolve to respective elements of earth to balance the cycle of nature. We have gained and learned many things from nature.
Yoga is one of the beautiful gifts of nature to mankind. Many asana of yoga are inspired from various living and non-living creatures, its many poses or variations reflect animals and nature. Yoga takes us close to the nature.
In the picture, you can see the person performing the cobra pose (Bhujangasana) inspired from the snake cobra and one is performing mountain pose (Parvatasana) inspired from the mountains and the other one in the left corner of the picture is performing boat pose (Noukasana) inspired from boat.
Yoga poses helps us to harmonize with nature, creates a sense of harmony, timelessness and connection to the nature.
