What we eat can greatly affect our health and well-being. Scientific studies have shown time and again that choosing healthy foods can not only reduce the risk of diseases but also reverse many diseases. A low-fat, plant-based diet rich in whole grains, beans/legumes, green leafy vegetables, fruits, and vegetables is the best way to prevent disease and keep us healthy and fit. This short course is designed to bring in that basic awareness and prepare you and empower you to make right decisions about food & healthy modifications in food & lifestyle for a life time.
