About the program
The 100 Asana YTTC program is a unique program devised at Ajarya for broad-basing the physical form of Ashtanga over a larger number of Intensive Asanas. Students can expect to be guided to learn over 100 Asanas and gain considerably in body flexibility and strength. Being a Hatha Variant, this course will also expose the students to Kriyas, Pranayama, Meditation and Relaxations to gain the most out of their Asana practice.

The
100 Asanas have been selected from Hath Yoga Pradipika and Ashtanga Yoga Series. Every day schedule will cover 5 new asanas. The same asanas will be revised in the next day's sessions.
Dynamic 108 Suryanamaskar will be a part of the course.
The 200 hour Intensive 100-Asana Ajarya Yoga Teacher Training Program is accredited with Yoga Alliance. Successful candidates are automatically entitled to RYT200 certification from Yoga Alliance.
The aim of our yoga teacher training is for everyone to be an accomplished and qualified yoga practitioner & teacher; yet suited to a style compatible with his or her environment.

Arjun Singh Naorem is a multi-faceted personality and a yogi. He has the ability to lead the students due to his intense sadhana / practice and his pleasing attitude. He is married to Tian who is also a yoga practitioner and who helps him conduct his classes. Arjun hails from a humble Indian family. He considers himself a learner always. He uses scholastic knowledge and experience, theory and practices in his teaching. He has popularized yoga in China through TV broadcasts also. He is a

- Existing yoga practitioners with sufficient level of physical fitness
- Beginners, provided they have good physical stamina and fitness and pursuing a fitness routine

- You must be above 18 to participate in this course.
- Persons over 55 would need to provide a specific undertaking regarding their physical capacity to undertake the course
